There’s nothing like seeing a carpenter work his magic, turning a piece of wood into something almost life-bearing. It’s all about the process.
Personally, however, I also enjoy watching how mass produced goods are made. So many intricate machines working together seamlessly, step by step, shaping up a product with each turn of a gear.
A plant might not be as romantic as a carpenter’s shop, but it sure is mesmerizing. Here are just a couple short processes showing how some of the most common mass-produced goods are made, from bullets to macaroni noodles to pretzels. I could look at these all day. How about you?
